What We Stand For

USSE exists to keep information unadulterated at every level: the information you receive, the information you express, and the value you exchange.

The founders build on a simple conviction, that truth is real, knowable, and worth protecting. It is the foundation of their faith and of this company.

Governance model

Governance

Corporate authority and token governance are kept deliberately separate.

Corporate governance: USSE is governed as a Delaware C-Corporation under the Delaware General Corporation Law, with authority held by the Board of Directors and corporate officers. Corporate governance covers board composition, officer appointments, equity matters, and corporate asset decisions, and is entirely separate from token governance.

Token governance: USSE token governance is designed to decentralize progressively over time. Control begins concentrated to protect the platform at launch and opens increasingly to token-holder participation as the ecosystem matures. Every governance action is recorded permanently on-chain and can be independently verified.
