A fixed 7B supply on a live, compliance-first platform.
Offered only to verified accredited investors, at a price set by a linear bonding curve. Verification, compliance, and purchase are all completed in the app.
The platform is live, compliance is enforced on-chain, and the full 7B supply was minted once at genesis. The contracts have not been externally audited and remain upgradeable by their owner; read the risk factors in the Investor Data Room before you buy.
7B: Maximum Supply, Minted Once.
The full 7B supply, allocated across three fixed pools and visibly accounted for at a glance.
Token details
Fixed supply, minted once.
The full 7B supply was minted once at genesis, and the token contract has no function to mint more. The contract can be upgraded by its owner until it is finalized; the whitepaper states the status of each contract.
Supply releases over 180 years.
1B tokens enter circulation at launch. The remaining 6B are locked in the Reserve Vault and release in 100M-token increments every three years, with the first unlock in Year 3.
Bonding curve pricing.
Token sale price is set by a linear bonding curve: $0.03 per token at the start, rising $0.03 for every 1M tokens sold. The price at any point is set by the contract and publicly verifiable.
Staking and governance weight.
Staking and LP farming are planned and not yet available. Their terms will be published before either opens. Staked positions are designed to carry governance voting weight.
Rewards come from the fixed supply.
When staking, farming and airdrops open, their rewards will be paid from tokens set aside at genesis, not newly minted. They come out of the fixed 7B supply, so paying rewards will not inflate it.
Compliance enforced on-chain.
KYC and accredited investor verification are completed off-chain by third-party verifiers. After a final review by the compliance team, the result is recorded in the ComplianceRegistry smart contract, which enforces it on-chain for token purchases and transfers.
Governance transitions to token holders.
Platform governance is designed to move through three stages, from founder control to an Executive Board multisig to DAO governance by token holders, with voting set to open three years after mainnet launch. Governance actions are recorded on-chain.
Where purchase proceeds go.
Each purchase is split by the TokenSale contract in the same transaction: 40% for DEX liquidity, 29% operations, 12% marketing, 9% community development, 3% treasury, 2% reserve, 2% CEX listing, and 3% to wallets held personally by the founder (2%) and an advisor (1%), who are related parties. Proceeds are not held by the company as a single fund.
How to invest
Verification, compliance, and purchase all happen inside the app.
Verify and sign the NDA.
Launch the app and open the Compliance Registry tile. Complete KYC, then accredited investor verification once the compliance team has opened it, then sign the NDA.
Review the Data Room and sign.
The compliance team opens the Investor Data Room for you. Read the offering documents there, then sign the Token Purchase Agreement in the app.
Buy once eligibility is recorded.
After a final review the compliance team records your eligibility on chain and you are notified. While the sale is open you can buy up to 1,000,000 USSE per wallet. Each purchase locks every USSE token in that wallet for the lockup period, currently one year.
